The Details: Your Questions Answered

What types of products do you carry?

We specialize in European Antiques and Vintage Finds, hand-sourced for their quality, character, and history. Alongside these one-of-a-kind pieces, we also feature a Mercantile selection of Locally Made Goods from Artisans and Small Businesses that share our values of Craftsmanship and Timeless Design.

Are your antiques authentic?

Yes — every Antique and Vintage item we sell is authentic and sourced directly from Europe. Because of their age, many pieces will show natural signs of wear, patina, or imperfections, which we believe add to their story and charm.

Do you restock items?

Our Antiques and Vintage finds are one-of-a-kind— once they’re gone, they’re gone. Locally made products may be restocked depending on the Artisan’s availability. If you love something, we recommend securing it before it sells out!

How do I know if an item is vintage or new?

Each product description clearly states whether the piece is Vintage/Antique, a Reproduction or a Locally Made Item. Vintage items often vary in size, color, and finish, while Locally Made Goods are crafted new by Artisans in limited runs.

What is your return policy?

Because of the unique and often fragile nature of Antiques, all Vintage Sales are Final. For Locally Made Goods, returns may be accepted within 7 days if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please review our full return policy for more info.

How should I care for my antiques?

We recommend gentle cleaning with a soft, dry cloth for most Antiques. Avoid harsh chemicals, excess moisture, or abrasive materials. For specific care instructions, please refer to individual product descriptions or reach out to us.

How can I support local makers through your store?

By shopping in our Makers + Merchants section, you’re directly supporting Local Artisans and Small Businesses. Each Maker is carefully chosen for their craftsmanship and dedication to timeless, quality goods.
